www.robertkey.com - Web site launch

On Friday 29th September, Robert Key MP will officially launch what he believes will be "quite simply the best political website in the House of Commons". Designed with the help of Swallowcliffe-based Cravenplan Computers Limited, the site has taken six months to construct. "It sounds so easy - but it takes time and trouble to get it right and to get it user-friendly", said Rob. "I'm so grateful to the superb design team at Cravenplan and to my PA and Website Manger, Jane Rasch.

"My website will help make me more easily accessible and accountable to my constituents. It explains my core beliefs, motives and visions; it states my real views - not what people imagine I believe; it gives access to my speeches and questions in Parliament; it offers on-line voting and an e-mail facility. It also provides dozens of useful local, national and international links - and a picture gallery.

"It is different because it is not just about politics. I am a real person with ordinary views on life, too. Some of these I share on the website - such as my love for Wiltshire, for music and for cooking.

"My website will be updated every month - and it will develop in response to the wishes of local people.

"This is a real step forwards into the new computer era which I hope will be useful to the thousands of homes in South Wiltshire who are now on-line and use the internet every day, as I do".
