Broadband…what’s all the fuss about?

On Friday 31st October, local M.P. Robert Key will chair a public meeting at The Guildhall in Salisbury’s Market Place. Starting at 10 am the meeting will hear speakers from BT, Business Link, Country Broadband, and Wiltshire & Swindon Smartplace, all of whom will be on hand to answer your questions about broadband.

Commenting on the meeting Robert said, “Open, fast access to the internet will be a major benefit to our rural economy. Small businesses around Salisbury are angry and confused that they have had to struggle so much to be heard by broadband providers. We must end the confusion on who is doing what. My objective is to help our rural economy take on the world – and win.”
