DOWNTON & REDLYNCH BY-ELECTION - 16TH NOVEMBER 2006

return to the homepage

Please vote for Jane. She will be a worthy successor to Margaret Peach.

Jane will make a difference. She is passionate about her community. She believes in social responsibility. Yes – she is often dynamic and forthright and she will ruffle feathers. I know, because I have been on the receiving end - and it worked! Her commitment and the quality of her argument are matched by her wide experience of community politics over many years – in Downton and elsewhere.

Jane will put Downton and Redlynch first. She has fought hard for her own family – for all three generations of them – and I know she is in tune with your needs. Because of her experience as a local parent and because she lives right on the B3080 that runs through the heart of Downton and Redlynch, she lives and breathes your frustrations and anger.

Jane is a person you can trust. I do. She puts community action first and politics second. She also knows we need both to make things happen.

Jane is a new Conservative who wants to take community politics in a new direction. She will be a breath of fresh air on Salisbury District Council. I support her. Please give her your vote.
